GeoMattix believes that electronic privacy is essential to building trust and long-term customer relationships. Therefore, any personal information you submit to our site will not be shared, sold or disclosed to anyone else in any form at any time.

Registration  and Cancellations/Return Policy

Registration for a scheduled class is ongoing until one week (7 days) prior to the start of the class.  A $15 late registration fee will be applied to registrations within one week of the start date.  A full refund will be available if cancellation is made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start of the scheduled class. If cancellation occurs less than one week prior to the deadline to register, fifty (50) percent of the course fee will be refunded.

If registration for the minimum class size is not met, the class will be cancelled or rescheduled at the sole
discretion of GeoMattix. You will be notified if a class has to be cancelled within 10 days of the start of the class so you can make other arrangements.

If the scheduled instructor is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to schedule another presenter of equal ability and expertise.  We also reserve the right to reschedule the training class to another date if weather or other unforeseen circumstances deem it necessary.
